Dealer: Find something that will get value. They buy it and store it for a time. they stock pile it or inventory it and sell them for a higher price by using own money.
Broker-Dealers have client lists and contact clients for helping buying a stock or a bond, for charging a small fee. Sometimes they will use their balance sheet, their own money, for structuring such trades and then match buyers and sellers.
The BD business is about managing balance sheet and capital risk
a: Volumen proporcional del dia. [ver h].
There’s a 190 names list at Wikipedia for people related to Wall Street. I asked myself: how much do you know about Wall St by counting the number of authors you have read, you have heard of and how much should be on your list:
Total: 190
read: 7
Heard of: 25
It is to say that I have covered just 13% of general knowledge by hearing some names and only 4% by reading at least one book of such author.
Since the important thing is what you don’t know, this is the list I will check, one by one, of wall st names and look for some book in my local library.

"To be a super-trader, you’ll need an edge to overcome the laws of probability and the uncertainty of the marketplace. That edge comes from information flow, the ability to correct your habits in terms of the market’s characteristics, and being able to take risks, cut losses, expand your information network, ferret out ideas, and take recommendations."
Trading to Win, Ari Kiev
As Brett says, trading is a performance activity, as a sport. Thereby we can also apply this principle for a life plan.
To be a super man, you’ll need a life plan to overcome failure and hopeless situations during life. That plan comes from self knowledge by capturing feelings as indicators instead of personality flaws, the ability to correct habits in terms of society characteristics, and being able to take compromises, know when and how to say no, expand your contacts network, open your mind without changing your core ideas and making of your fantasies business plans pending begin to build.
