Hay un punto en el cual la velocidad tiene a estabilizarse sin importar qué distancia recorra. La parte roja es el calentamiento, la parte gris es neutral (la rutina) y la parte verde es la parte de trascendencia que corresponde a caída en velocidad y mas distancia.
