Suppose you manage your family more like a family office─a portfolio of assets and, more importantly, people.  This would be the Investment Policy Statement:

The family must help man to discern his own vocation and to accept responsibility in the search for greater justice, educating him from the beginning in interpersonal relationships, rich in justice and in love.

Accordingly, the family must go back to the “beginning” of God’s creative act, if it is to attain self-knowledge and self-realization in accordance with the inner truth not only of what it is but also of what it does in history.

Family: the bootcamp of despise─love

without love the family is not a community of persons and, in the same way, without love the family cannot live, grow and perfect itself as a community of persons.

A true story;  my input on the following:
