If we are going to get expensive, possible scenarios:
1) There is future in Honduras and Nicaragua for this industry
2) GT and CR might start to prepare to offer outsourced professional services, rather than customer care only. (Think on the CFA Standards of Ethics and Conduct)
So far we are an international business opportunity because of cost arbitrage. That’s the local “competitive edge”. It has expiration date and we are not the only cheap labor across the world. So it’s not an edge neither competitive.
